مداخلۀ بخشایشگری با کودکان، نوجوانان و خانواده‌ها (مطالعه موردی)

چکیده
هدف از نگارش این مقاله فراهم کردن زمینه برای درک بیشتر در مورد بخشایشگری و تکنیک‌های عملی آن برای روان‌درمانگرانی است که با کودکان، نوجوانان و خانواده‌ها کار می‌کنند. در این مقاله رشد و تحول بخشایشگری در کودکان و نوجوانان، از بخشایشگری مشروط به سمت بخشایشگری غیرمشروط شرح داده شده است. همچنین سه الگوی مهم مداخله بخشایشگری شامل الگوی فرایندی انرایت و همکاران، الگوی بخشایشگری ورتینگتون (ریچ) و الگوی مبتنی بر تصمیم دی‌بلاسیو معرفی شده و تکنیک‌ها و مفاهیم درمانی عمدۀ برگرفته از این الگو‌ها شامل ارتقای بینش، ملاحظات انتخابی در انجام یک جلسه بخشایشگری، تمرین رهاسازی هیجان‌های منفی به‌صورت استعاره‌ای، استفاده از ایفای نقشِ شخص غایب و مداخله‌های بخشایشگری متناسب از نظر تحولی ـ یعنی بررسی آسیب از طریق بازی در روان‌درمانی و داستان‌گویی دوجانبه ـ شرح داده شده‌اند. در پایان نیز دو مطالعه موردی مداخله بخشایشگری با کودکان و نوجوانان و خانواده آنها توضیح داده شده است. روان‌درمانگران از مفاهیم موجود در این مقاله برای طراحی مداخله‌های بخشایشگری می‌توانند استفاده کنند و آنها را به روشی که با بافت خانواده و ماهیت رنجش‌ها متناسب باشند، به کار ببرند.
