چکیده

در مقالۀ حاضر توکّل(تکیه) به خدا به‌عنوان موضوع دلبستگی حمایتگر بررسی شده و علاوه‌بر تحقیقات حمایت‌کننده از این نظریه، پایه‌های نظری آن آورده شده است. ارتباط سبک‌های دلبستگی با مقابله‌های معنوی بررسی شده و نشان داده شد که افراد با سبک دلبستگی ایمن بیشتر اوقات از روش‌های معنوی اشتراکی و سبک واگذاری امور به خدا استفاده می‌کنند و استفاده از این سبک‌ها در آرامش آنان حین تصمیم‌گیری و اجرای برنامه‌های خود مؤثر است؛ علاوه‌‌براین، ارتباط بین مقابله‌های معنوی ازجمله مقابلۀ اشتراکی(توکّل) و مقابلۀ واگذاری(تفویض امور به خدا) و اثرات مثبت این دو سبک بر سلامت روان، رشد و ارتقای معنوی نشان داده شده است. سبک مقابله‌ای خود‌رهبری‌شده(اتکای به خود) که در افراد با دلبستگی ناایمن(اجتنابی) ملاحظه می‌شود، در شرایط زیادی ازجمله شرایط تنش‌زایی که کنترل آن خارج از اختیارات انسان است، موجب تنیدگی بیشتر، اضطراب و افسردگی می‌شود. نویسندگان مقاله با توجه به ارزش بالای توکّل به خدا در افزایش سلامت روان و شکوفایی معنوی، روش‌هایی را برای افزایش توکّل به خدا به‌عنوان موضوع دلبستگی حمایتگر پیشنهاد کرده‌اند. کاربردهای عملی و تلویحات نظری موضوع بررسی در اصل مقاله آورده شده است. امید است که با استفاده از روش‌های ارائه‌شده در این مقاله ازجمله استفاده از تصویرسازی ذهنی رهنمودی و روش تجسم‌سازی، روان‌درمانگران معنوی بتوانند توکّل به خدا را بین مراجعان خود افزایش دهند و از این طریق به اصلاح الگوی دلبستگی آنها بپردازند و نشانگان روانی ازقبیل افسردگی، اضطراب و هراس را نیز در آنها کاهش دهند.
