لذت‌بری سعادت‌نگر براساس منابع اسلامی در کاهش نشانگان افسردگی: ساخت و امکان‌سنجی طرح‌نمای درمانی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ساخت و امکان‌سنجی طرح‌نمای درمانی مبتنی‌بر لذت‌بری سعادت‌نگر براساس منابع اسلامی در کاهش نشانگان افسردگی انجام شده است. بدین منظور، براساس مدل مفهومی لذت‌بری سعادت‌نگر برمبنای منابع اسلامی، اهداف، تکنیک‌ها و صورت‌بندی طرح‌نمای درمانی طراحی و روایی محتوای آن بررسی و سپس کارآمدی آن در کاهش نشانگان افسردگی بررسی شده است. این طرح با هدف تحقیق و توسعۀ اهداف عملیاتی طرح‌نمای درمان و تکنیک‌های آن، مبتنی‌بر لذت‌بری سعادت‌نگر اسلامی، طراحی و روایی محتوای آن با پرسش از میزان مناسب‌بودن اهداف عملیاتی و تکنیک‌ها برای کاهش نشانگان افسردگی براساس نظر کارشناسان بررسی شده است. در بررسی کارآمدی طرح‌نمای درمانی از یک طرح آزمایشی تک‌آزمودنی با خط پایۀ چندگانه و نمونۀ سه‌نفره استفاده شد. یافته‌های این پژوهش، براساس مدل مفهومی لذت‌بری سعادت‌نگر اسلامی، اهداف عملیاتی، تکنیک‌ها و صورت‌بندی طرح‌نمای درمانی برای کاهش نشانگان افسردگی در ده گام به‌دست آمد. روایی محتوای طرح‌نما نیز برای تمامی راهبردها، اهداف عملیاتی و تکنیک‌ها در اظهارنظر نُه کارشناس تأیید شد. در طرح آزمایشی تک‌آزمودنی، یافته‌ها نشان داد هر سه مراجع با شروع مداخله روند کاهشی و رو‌به‌بهبودی را در مقیاس افسردگی همیلتون (۵۴ درصد) نشان دادند. میزان ۸۳ درصد دادۀ غیرهمپوش مربوط به تحلیل دیداری در مقیاس افسردگی بک برای مراجع سوم و مقدار ۶/۶۶ درصد برای مشارکت‌کنندۀ اول و دوم نشان داد که مداخلۀ طراحی‌شده از کارآمدی برخوردار است. بخش عمده‌ای از تغییرات به‌وجود‌آمده در دورۀ پیگیری یک‌ماهه و سه‌ماهه ادامه پیدا کرد. نتیجۀ این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که طرح‌نمای درمانی مبتنی‌بر مدل لذت‌بری سعادت‌نگر اسلامی یک روش درمانی است که در کاهش نشانگان افسردگی تأثیر دارد.
