چکیده
با توجه به اهمیت چالش‌ها و مسائل مطرح در حوزه زنان در عرصه داخلی و بین‌المللی و تأثیر فراگیر آن در شئون فردی، خانوادگی و اجتماعی افراد بشر، مطالعه و بررسی تحلیلی و تطبیقی جریان‌های زنان در غرب ضرورتی تردید‌ناپذیر است. به‌ویژه طی چند دهه اخیر با توجه به روند توسعه نظام هنجاری و سازوکارهای حمایتی بیش‌از‌پیش مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. جریان‌شناسی زنان در غرب عبارت است از شناخت مبانی نظری، چگونگی شکل‌گیری و شاخص‌های فکری، فرهنگی، سیاسی و اجتماعی جریان‌های مدافع حقوق زنان در غرب که به اشکال مختلف نمود پیدا کرده و ازجمله در رویه برخی نهادهای حقوق بشری ملل متحد، کم‌و‌بیش قابل احراز است. اما رسالت جریان‌شناسی، شناخت و معرفی مؤلفه‌های ذکرشده، مقایسهوجوه اشتراک و افتراق جریان‌ها با یکدیگر است که در‌نهایت، به بررسی راهکارهای پیشنهادی منتهی خواهد شد.در این مقاله با محوریت مؤلفه یا شاخص‌هایی معین به بررسی تحلیلی‌ـ‌‌تطبیقی جریان‌های زنان در غرب خواهیم پرداخت. سه مؤلفه یا شاخص که در رابطه با جریان‌شناسی زنان در غرب به آن نوجه می‌شود، عبار‌ت‌اند از: رویکرد به خانواده و نقش زنان در آنکه امروز از آن به‌عنوان کلیشه‌های جنسیتی نیز یاد می‌شود؛ جایگاه آموزه‌های اخلاقی و مذهبی که حقوق و آزادی های جنسی نزد جریان‌های مدافع زنان را در‌برمی‌گیرد و ازجمله مباحثی مانند روابط نامشروع، روسپی‌گری، تمایلات همجنس‌گرایانه و سقط جنین را شامل می‌شود. همچنین، کارکرد و قلمروی اختیارات دولت در حوزه مسائل زنان و خانواده از دیگر معیارهای مذکور است که به تبیین و تحلیل کیفیت مداخله دولت در روابط میان همسران و نیز در روابط والدین با کودک و یا مواجهه با معضلاتی چون خشونت خانگی خواهد پرداخت.
